We're a leading food company, passionate about delivering exceptional products to our customers. As a National Account Manager with Nomad Foods Inc, you'll play a key role in driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships.
Your primary focus will be on executing customer business plans, achieving and exceeding annual targets. You'll utilize category and consumer insights to inform your decision-making, ensuring alignment with key business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders to develop and execute joint business plans that drive sales, profit, and market share growth.
- Collaborating with internal and external customers to secure optimal visibility for our brands.
- Owning the promotional strategy, combining best practices across categories to deliver compelling offers for customers, consumers, and Birds Eye.
- Monitoring portfolio effectiveness through our reporting system and providing valuable insights to inform category, RGM, customer marketing, and customer finance teams.
- Nurturing commercial relationships with buyers and senior managers, including Category Directors.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in managing convenience and wholesalers or discounters within a branded blue-chip FMCG organization.
- A track record of maintaining and improving business relationships with customers.
- The ability to formulate and review detailed business plans.
- Analytical skills, enabling you to interpret data and drive commercial decisions.
- P&L analysis and course correction expertise, along with resilience and negotiation skills.
