
Duty Lead Officer

We are seeking a lead officer to oversee daily operations and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Aware of the site's business levels, ensuring delivery of outstanding guest experiences.
- Provide guests with warm and courteous service, addressing queries in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Supervise, manage, and assist in the daily operation of key departments, implementing highest standards of operational procedures.
- Liaise with departmental managers/site management regarding operational issues.
- Maintain high levels of hygiene throughout the site, with strict cleaning schedules in place.
- Ensure all equipment is up to standard, supervising and reacting to issues as they arise.
- Monitor staff attendance, recording lateness/sickness, and reporting to relevant departmental managers.
- Assist with duties as directed by management, including operations in all site areas.
- Participate in stock takes and implement cleaning procedures across non-departmental areas.
- Ensure personal hygiene standards are met.
- Be aware of company policies and duties involved in each non-departmental area.
- Participate in health and safety training and attend monthly health and safety committee meetings.
- Assertive and authoritative while courteous and respectful.
- Collaborative and diplomatic with various stakeholders.
- Ability to take control of situations and address them calmly and professionally.
- Good decision maker with structured planning abilities.
- Experienced in people management and sales target achievement.
- Customer-focused with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
As a lead officer, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and delivering exceptional customer service. You will work closely with departmental managers and site management to ensure that all aspects of the site's operation are running smoothly.
The ideal candidate will have experience in people management and sales target achievement, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. They will be able to take control of situations and address them calmly and professionally, and will have a good understanding of company policies and procedures.
