Requirements:
To be successful as an Optical Assistant, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Previous optical experience as an Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence in using IT systems
Preferred Skills:
Additional experience in a fast-paced customer service environment, optics business, or knowledge of optical and/or audiology terminology will be viewed positively.
