The Sales Development team in Dublin is experiencing rapid expansion. We have two types of positions within this team: Inbound SDR and Outbound SDR. This role focuses on an Outbound SDR (Business Development Representative) who will be based in our Dublin office and required to come onsite 3 days a week. Relocation support is available for those moving from another European country.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Becoming a product expert across our entire platform, with a deep understanding of our competitor landscape.
  • Developing strategic messaging to effectively engage upmarket prospects.
  • Collaborating with marketing to manage outbound campaigns, increasing lead volume.
  • Prospecting into new accounts using proven sales methodologies.
  • Maintaining accurate records in CRM.
Requirements:
  • Thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborating with others and working cross-functionally among different teams at Rippling.
  • Desire to join a competitive team-based environment.
  • Previous Sales Development or Business Development experience preferred.
  • Fluent English and Finnish required.
