About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Maintenance Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our maintenance operations, ensuring that all site manufacturing and support activities run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic facilities road-map and annual operating plan to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to define and meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and engagement goals.
  • Establish strong governance to review and control operational performance and continuous improvement plans.
  • Lead and be accountable for building maintenance program and facilities maintenance program capabilities, including maintenance repairs and overall operations.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to the facilities team to implement IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 Sigma ways of working, delivering zero breakdowns via preventive/predictive maintenance strategies and technical mastery of maintenance and operation teams.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong operational and manufacturing leadership experience in the CPG industry, with expertise in TPM-Total Productive Maintenance, 5S, LEAN, 6 Sigma tools and concepts, Safety and GMP standards.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based environment.
  • Demonstrated abilities in analytics, problem-solving, and team building.
  • CI Mindset is essential.
