Senior Event Operations Manager

This key role requires a hands-on leader to oversee all event operations, delivering exceptional events that exceed guest expectations.

As Senior Event Operations Manager, you will manage the seamless execution of high-profile occasions in an elegant setting, leading your team with a focus on operational excellence and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all event operations from setup through breakdown, ensuring flawless delivery
  • Lead, train, and motivate the events team to maintain the highest standards of service
  • Collaborate with teams to meet client requirements and coordinate event details
  • Oversee staffing schedules, rosters, and performance management within the events department
  • Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and standards in all function areas
  • Monitor budgets, control costs, and manage stock levels to support profitability of events services
  • Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest experience across all event spaces
Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum 3 years senior management experience in events within 4-star or 5-star hotels
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a high-volume events team
  • Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on management style focused on delivering outstanding guest service
  • Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and special event schedules
