Job Role
You will be responsible for a range of administration and operations coordination duties, including acting as point of contact for customers and external partners/contractors, coordinating the movements of vessels to and from port, stock/inventory and warehouse operations reporting, maintaining accurate import and export documentation, planning for incoming traffic, resolving queries, and supporting the management team with their ongoing duties.

Qualifications and Skills
- 3rd level qualified ideally.
- 2-3+ years' experience gained in a relevant shipping, freight, logistics, or similar role.
- Full and clean driving license, as well as your own transport, is essential.
- Proven ability to multitask and work with diverse teams.
- Strong IT skills.
- Availability to work 1 weekend in 4 and occasional on call but time off during the week to balance.

This position is being offered as a permanent role with a generous base salary depending on candidate skills and experience to date. In addition, there will be a strong benefits package including pension, health cover, life assurance, and other minor benefits.
This position will be fully office-based in West Co. Limerick.
