About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee the delivery of high-profile projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion
- Liaise closely with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards
- Lead and motivate project teams to deliver exceptional results
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Construction Project Manager on large-scale construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, health and safety regulations, and quality standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or engineering
- Safe Pass and other relevant site certifications
