Job Title:

Cell Lead

Located in Shannon, Ireland, this role will optimize production and ensure seamless execution of all functions within a relevant cell.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manufacture batches according to standard operating procedures, encompassing filling, capping, and sealing as required.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment, ensuring calibration and checks are performed as per schedule.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to implement lean initiatives, including 6S, Kaizen, Kanban, and Lean principles.
  • Effectively manage waste disposal, ensuring correct storage before disposal.
  • Communicate material requirements with team members.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety standards and promote housekeeping within the cell.
  • Identify and troubleshoot production issues, working closely with colleagues for quality control and planning to meet demand requirements within allocated timeframes.
  • Develop and implement improvements to increase efficiency and capacity.
  • Train and mentor production operators and technicians, ensuring targets and deadlines are met.
  • Upskill and cross-train when required and contribute to cross-functional teams.
  • Complete necessary training and upskilling programs.
  • Lead daily performance meetings and contribute to wider daily production meetings.
