Job Overview

This role is responsible for coordinating projects between internal teams and vendors, ensuring timely implementation of utility initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to manage resources, prioritize work, and execute to agreed deliverables/milestones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project coordination and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) elements of multiple utilities projects that integrate and interface with local management platforms.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to create User Requirement Specifications, and collaborate with vendors to translate URS into Functional Design Specifications and Test Protocols.
  • Manage day-to-day and project implementation tasks for utility management systems, including running daily meetings with project teams, automation team resources, and vendors.
  • Ensure Automation compliance in line with Global Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines, regulatory requirements, and execute current Good manufacturing Practices in the performance of day-to-day activities.
Requirements
  • Degree qualification ideally in a related Engineering, Automation, Computer, or other technical discipline.
  • 5+ years' experience with utility management/control systems, 3+ years in pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry with responsibility for SDLC aspects of project implementation and change control.
  • Project Management certification desirable, Experience managing multi-functional teams to meet project goals.
