Investment Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in a fixed-term contract. This role will focus on institutional and charity clients, working closely with Associate Directors and Directors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute relationship plans for each client.
  • Direct engagement with clients on all aspects of portfolio management.
  • Preparation of investment presentations and documentation for client review meetings.
  • Collaboration on tender responses and requests for proposals (RFPs).
  • Execution of an engagement plan to ensure proactive, relevant, and appropriate contact, investment ideas, and recommendations.
  • Managing MI relating to client relationships.
  • Deal promptly and efficiently with client queries.

This is a Controlled Function (CF) role, and any offer of employment is conditional upon demonstrating Fitness & Probity requirements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A degree or Master's in a Business-related area.
  • 2-3 years' industry experience.
  • APA Savings & Investments and/or APA Pensions qualification with a willingness to complete QFA qualification.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient in CRM.
  • A commitment to further education and continuous learning.
  • Demonstrable interest and understanding of investments.
  • A strong client focus, ensuring effective service delivery.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • An ability to prioritise your workload.
