Key Responsibilities
  1. Responding to customer enquiries for meetings and events
  2. Processing enquiry forms and sending quotations to clients
  3. Ensuring accurate processing and distribution of all sales correspondence
  4. Maintaining client relationships and performing account management
  5. Reporting on account performance and general activity
Requirements
  • Previous event sales or coordinating experience in a hotel or venue
  • Experience working with customers
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
