Job Title: General Manager

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to recruit an experienced General Manager for their renowned gastropub. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and hands-on leader to oversee daily operations, drive business performance, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations, including food & beverage service, staffing, and customer relations.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team to ensure excellent service standards.
  • Monitor financial performance, control costs, and maximize profitability.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to uphold the gastropub's high culinary standards.
  • Drive innovation and improvement while ensuring consistency in service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or senior management role within the hospitality sector.
  • Strong background in gastropub operations with a passion for food and service excellence.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and deliver results.
  • IT proficiency (MS Office, POS systems, and hospitality software).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
