About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled hospitality professional to lead and motivate a large team, delivering exceptional customer service and promoting a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining operational excellence.
  • Lead and motivate a large team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain the highest standards of service quality.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales and profitability through cost control, stock management, and promotional initiatives.
  • Assist with staff recruitment, training, rostering, and performance management, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally, providing excellent communication skills.
  • Deputise for the General Manager in their absence, taking full responsibility for venue operations.
Requirements:
  • Previous management experience in a high-volume bar, venue, or hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with a proven ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a strong understanding of stock control, labour management, and profit & loss.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, with flexibility to work evenings, late nights, and weekends as required.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
