This role is pivotal in shaping the company's approach to experiential marketing.
As a key leader, you will oversee strategic campaigns and guide teams to deliver exceptional brand experiences for top-tier clients.
You'll work closely with creatives, strategists, and event producers to manage high-profile events and activations.
Responsibilities include overseeing large-scale events and experiential marketing initiatives for multinational companies such as Tesco, Google, and Zurich.
Requirements- A minimum 8 years of experience in managing accounts in experiential, events, or related fields.
- Demonstrated ability to manage senior client relationships and drive business growth.
- Strategic mindset with robust analytical, creative thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong leadership capabilities with proven experience mentoring and developing teams.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Adaptive to implementing tools and work practices that improve efficiency.
- Highly organised, capable of managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
- Financial acumen with experience managing budgets.
- Passionate about experiential marketing, brand activation, and emerging industry trends.
- Culturally attuned and aware of trends in entertainment, venues, and social experiences in Dublin and across Ireland.
