Technical Lead for Design Systems

Our mission is to empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. The design systems team builds tooling that enables internal teams to create consistent and high-quality user experiences.

  • Drive the long-term technical strategy, leading complex initiatives and making high-impact decisions.
  • Set the tone for engineering excellence and culture.
  • Build, maintain, and update existing shared UI components.
  • Lead key technical decisions and rally cross-functional teams to drive initiatives to completion.

As a Staff Software Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining a robust set of reusable UI components.
  • Educating engineers on UX and industry standards.
  • Solving complex problems and identifying areas for improvement in our design system.

The ideal candidate has experience with software development, preferably in a related field, and excellent communication and collaboration skills. You should be passionate about designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces, as well as developing clean, efficient code.

We are looking for a talented and motivated individual who can lead our design systems initiative and help us achieve our goal of creating a world-class design system.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing design solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other products and services.

  • Maintaining and updating existing design assets to ensure consistency and accuracy.
