Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Technical Solutions Designer.

This individual will be responsible for crafting innovative technical solutions that meet the unique needs and goals of every customer.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of technical requirements, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

As part of our team, you will work closely with Engagement Managers, Services Consultants, Developers, and Quality Assurance Analysts on various activities within customer engagements.

Responsibilities include asking questions, digging into customer use-cases, capturing business problems, and designing successful Zendesk solutions.

Additional duties include producing technical design documents, supporting development and testing, conducting training sessions, and liaising with project teams.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in system, technical, or solution architecture
  • Experience with various architectures (Web, Enterprise, SaaS) and methodologies
  • Excellent instincts and ability to interface at a senior level with ease
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask without getting flustered

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience on Zendesk configuration and implementation approaches
  • Experience on Zendesk App Framework
  • Experience with Zendesk Technical Capabilities (SSO, API, SDKs etc.)
