We're looking for a dynamic, passionate professional with a digital advertising background to join our growing Account Management team in Dublin. You will be a crucial member of a team that partners with SMB advertisers in a one-to-many structure, aiming to activate, nurture, and grow accounts in the Spanish market.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing and strengthening relationships with existing media/digital agencies to support their long-term growth in the Spanish Markets.
  • Developing and growing an existing book of agency business by scaling current agencies' advertisers, securing additional budget, and pitching for new clients' activations.
  • Proving impact through achieving KPIs such as increase in budget & ARPA, growth of active clients per agency, etc.
  • Accurately forecasting revenue delivery and identifying opportunities to prevent or bridge gaps to goal.
  • Establishing and maintaining both C-Level & tactical relationships with agencies, becoming their key point of contact, to ensure TikTok is a partner of choice in their future growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong client focus, motivated by thriving customer success, and capable of navigating ambiguity and proactively providing effective solutions to customer needs. Additionally, they should possess sharp analytical and quantitative skills, experience working with revenue targets in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, and a genuine passion for consultative selling, strategy, and seeing their impact through the growth of a book of business.
