Offshore Structural Engineer Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Offshore Structural Engineer to join our team in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and assessing offshore structures to support various energy projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and utilize your expertise in structural analysis and design.
About the Job:
- Perform structural analysis and design of offshore platforms, jackets, monopiles, floating structures, and subsea infrastructure.
- Conduct global and local finite element analysis (FEA) using industry-standard software.
- Develop and review engineering calculations, reports, and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant design codes and offshore standards.
- Provide input during concept development, FEED, detailed design, and decommissioning phases.
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams including geotechnical, marine, and installation engineers.
- Support offshore inspection campaigns, fabrication, and construction phases as needed.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Structural, Offshore, or Marine Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in offshore structural engineering.
- Proficient in structural analysis tools such as SACS, USFOS, STAAD.Pro, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of international design standards.
- Chartered status or working towards professional registration preferred.
