Job Title: Structural Design Specialist

We are seeking a talented Structural Design Specialist to join our team in designing and implementing infrastructure solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and maintaining Basis of Design, prototype design, and template specifications for civil, structural, or architectural disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Basis of Design, prototype design, and template specifications for one of Civil, Structural or Architectural disciplines;
  • Lead designs for data centers in Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) geography and impact other projects around the world;
  • Collaborate with software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles to achieve a world-class uptime for our customers and drive the development of a fleet of buildings that emphasize security, safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness;
  • Drive the development of innovative infrastructure solutions that meet the needs of our customers;
  • Participate in design reviews and ensure that designs meet the required standards and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in structural design and implementation;
  • Excellent knowledge of building codes and regulations;
  • Ability to communicate complex design concepts to stakeholders;
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills;
  • Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant tools.
