Lead Design Solutions Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Design Solutions Specialist to join our team in North County Dublin.

  • This role will involve developing innovative structural design solutions for large-scale building projects.
  • Closely collaborating with client-side design teams to ensure technical solutions align with architectural and structural requirements.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to optimise designs for production, transport, and installation.
  • Preparing detailed structural calculations and reviewing drawings for final production.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or a related field), 10 years of experience in a structural design role, and expertise in Reinforced Concrete and Steel design. Familiarity with Eurocodes and Building Regulations is highly desirable.

The successful candidate will be skilled in relevant software, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
