Senior Structural Design Lead

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Structural Design Engineer to spearhead our engineering team. As a senior design expert, you will oversee and coordinate structural design deliverables on high-profile projects.
- Develop comprehensive, conceptual, schematic, and detailed design solutions for precast façade systems.
- Collaborate with external design team members to ensure seamless project execution.
- Interface with clients and their representatives, providing regular updates on project progress.
As a seasoned leader, you will also facilitate design team meetings, drive process enhancements, and contribute to continuous innovation. Additionally, you will be responsible for mentoring and guiding the career development of junior team members, focusing on both technical and behavioral competencies.
Essential Qualifications:- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent).
- Chartered Structural Engineer with 10+ years' post-graduate experience, ideally in façades or precast design.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional design teams.
