Residential Care Worker

We are seeking professionals to join a residential service in the West of Ireland supporting individuals with disabilities. The service is located in Galway and we require Residential Care Workers to provide high quality care, promoting independence and person-centred planning, contributing to the day-to-day running of the service.

A successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum Level 7 Qualification in Social Care or relevant
  • Clear understanding of person-centred care and keyworking
  • Understanding and experience of risk assessments and safeguarding of vulnerable adults
  • Working Knowledge of HIQA policies and procedures
  • Working knowledge of Children's First guidelines and procedures
  • A Full Clean Manual Driving License
