The Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our team in New Ross, Co Wexford.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage supplier relationships and ensure timely payment processing.
  • Process high volumes of invoices and reconcile supplier accounts monthly.
  • Assist with new supplier contracts and procurement management.
  • Coordinate weekly and monthly payment cycles and ensure compliance across operational departments.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior Experience: Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills with peers and senior management.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
