Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and creative individual to join our team as an RPG Designer. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing narrative and gameplay content, ensuring logical and well-paced narrative flow, and creating solutions for quest design problems.

As an RPG Designer, you will work closely with other departments to transform narrative into fun gameplay that reacts to the player's actions in an impactful way. You will take ownership of your area throughout implementation and be responsible for its final quality.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of narrative beats and pacing, as well as the ability to imagine what it's like seeing the game for the first time every single day. They should also be able to observe players and learn from their actions and filter their feedback.
