Clinical Nurse Manager HDU CNM2 Grade
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Nurse Manager to lead our High Dependency Unit team.
Job Overview:The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of nurses in the High Dependency Unit, developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures, and ensuring high standards of patient care and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of nurses in the High Dependency Unit, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care.
- Nursing Policy Development: Develop and implement effective nursing policies and procedures to ensure high standards of patient care and safety.
- Patient Care: Ensure high standards of patient care and safety, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Resource Management: Manage resources and staff effectively, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
Requirements:
- Nursing Experience: At least 3 years recent relevant post-registration nursing experience in an acute hospital setting.
- Leadership Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience at CNM1 level, demonstrating leadership skills and abilities.
- Education: Post Graduate Diploma in Critical Care, or equivalent qualification.
