Job Description:

The role of a Senior Structural Development Lead is to oversee and coordinate the design, development, and implementation of large-scale commercial, residential, and educational projects.

This key member of the project team will be responsible for ensuring that all structural aspects of the project are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight and coordination of design, development, and implementation of structural projects
  • Ensure timely delivery, adherence to budget, and achievement of quality standards for all structural project aspects
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Development and implementation of construction methods and techniques to improve project efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience as a Structural or Senior Structural Engineer
  • Chartered or working towards chartership
  • Experience leading commercial, residential, and retail projects
  • Familiarity with Revit and AutoCAD software desirable
