Job Title: Electrical Site Coordinator

Job Overview

The organisation is seeking a competitive Electrical Site Supervisor to support the co-ordination of site-based activities, lead and co-ordinate teams of Electrical Engineering trade professionals on site. The role involves tracking and recording daily site activities and progress, delivering to quality, on time and safely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Management of day-to-day site operations
  • Coordinating site activities to ensure work is completed on time
  • Ensuring plant materials onsite meet agreed specifications
  • Managing Quality Control against approved benchmarks
  • Managing subcontractor activities, including progress tracking and damage notices
  • Participating in look-ahead meetings and subcontractor meetings
  • Liaising with health and safety to ensure work is completed safely
  • Staying abreast with housekeeping and material storage management
  • Liaising with clients and departmental managers for timely delivery and effective handover
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English
  • Trade-qualified or construction-related qualification
  • 2+ years' experience on a large-scale project as an Electrical Project Manager or other supervisory role
  • Strong organisation and management skills
  • Ability to manage time, drive productivity and meet deadlines
  • Ability to manage and prioritise tasks
  • Interpersonal skills with willingness to work independently and as part of a wider site team
What We Offer

You will be paid at a competitive hourly rate between €35 to €45 per hour, paid for 40 hours per week plus overtime. This comes out to approximately 70k to 90k when converted to an annual salary.
