Finance Implementation Specialist

Job Overview:

We're seeking an experienced Finance Implementation Specialist to own the delivery of our finance software implementations. You will be responsible for designing solutions, writing specifications, configuring systems, and managing data mapping/API integrations.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with internal consultants and engineers to deliver high-quality projects that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement financial software solutions that meet client requirements.

  • Configure and integrate financial systems, including data mapping and APIs.

  • Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in finance system implementation, preferably in a consulting or advisory role.

  • Strong technical skills, including SQL, data mapping, and API integration.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.

  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

  • Experience working with finance, payroll, HR, or AP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Sage, etc.) is a plus.
