****Implementation Specialist**Join us as an Implementation Specialist at **Dedalus**, one of the World's leading healthcare technology companies, in our **Swiftqueue business** in **Dublin, Ireland to customize and install the Swiftqueue platform for our clients.

## **What you'll achieve**As an Implementation Specialist you will be part of **our highly successful deployment team, demonstrating how the system works to clients and answer questions relating to implementation.
****You will also be required to install Swiftqueue platform and ensure the clients are satisfied with the purchase.
**Working with an extended highly skilled team, you will be making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.
**You will:*** Meeting with clients following the sale of Swiftqueue platform to collect data and other information required to customize software systems* Creating a project plan for each client, detailing the tasks that need to be completed for the timely installation of the customized Swiftqueue system* Communicating with clients throughout the customization process to obtain feedback and approval* Configuring the platform based on clients' individual needs and specifications* Educating clients on how to use Swiftqueue and customized system features* Creating a specialized document for each client, detailing all customizations made* Investigating challenges that arise for the customer when using the system and communicating with the appropriate teams to resolve any issues that arise.
