The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Senior SAP Technical Consultant to join our esteemed team as a Technical Service Manager (TSM) in the SAP Enterprise Cloud Services department.

In this pivotal role, you will contribute significantly to the success of our customers by delivering expert technical guidance and support throughout their cloud transformation journey.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and implement SAP support methodologies to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide comprehensive knowledge on SAP S/4HANA architecture, conversion, migration paths, methodologies, and tools to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop solution roadmaps and resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Leverage your expertise in SAP Basis skills and administration to drive efficient operations and maintain high-quality service standards.
  • Identify top issues, develop action plans, and lead resolution processes to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience in SAP Technical Administration, with a strong background in SAP Basis skills and administration.
  • Excellent understanding of SAP S/4HANA architectures, migration paths, and tools, as well as solid experience in SAP HANA.
  • Proven ability to work effectively as a virtual member of a dynamic, dispersed team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep experience in technical planning, implementation, and configuration, with expertise across multiple SAP and non-SAP technologies.
  • Knowledge of SAP RISE or ECS experience is highly desirable.
