Job Opportunity: HR Manager Position

As a seasoned HR professional, you will be responsible for implementing and advising on company policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

Your role will involve working closely with hiring managers to oversee recruitment processes, delivering new employee inductions, and maintaining the human resources information system (HRIS).

You will also be accountable for extracting and analyzing data from the HR system, producing accurate correspondence, and ensuring that HR administration and systems are up to date.

In addition, you will provide support to the team on site in all global HR activities, including performance management, engagement surveys, and onboarding processes.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience working in HR, knowledge and experience in a varied HR role, and excellent knowledge of employment legislation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing and advising on company policy queries and employee relations issues
  • Managing grievance & disciplinary investigations as required
  • Working closely with hiring managers to manage recruitment processes
  • Delivering new employee inductions
  • Liaising with payroll as required on staff pay items
  • Maintaining/Implementing the HRIS system
  • Extracting and analyzing data from the HR system
  • General administration duties relating to the HR function
  • Producing accurate and professional correspondence
  • Ensuring HR administration and systems are maintained up to date
  • Supporting the team on site in all global HR activities
