**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a talented Human Resources Partner to join our team. As an HR Partner, you will play a key role in fostering an environment of inclusion and supporting employees through engagement, technology, and innovation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Influence change and foster an environment of inclusion for employees
  • Problem solving and influencing in diverse populations
  • Working in a fast-paced and complex changing environment driven by continuous innovation
  • Application of HR fundamentals
  • Partnering with leaders at multiple levels of the organization to develop forward looking strategies and goals focused on employee experience

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business/Management, Psychology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of relevant Human Resources Generalist experience
  • Experience working in a matrixed organization
  • Coaching and consulting skills
  • Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking and analysis, experience consulting on complex performance management cases
