Who we're looking for

This hands-on position involves delivering key aspects of the HR function, including:

  • Leading and supporting Caregiver Recruitment (F2F Interviews)
  • Probation management
  • Absence management
  • Employee relations
  • Compliance
  • Caregiver training
  • Retention initiatives
  • Maintaining employee records in accordance with regulations

Successful candidate will have the following Traits & Abilities

  • Ability to collaborate with the National HR team on projects and policies
  • Work closely with GM & Operations Manager to provide HR/ER guidance
  • 3-4 years of experience as HR Administrator, Generalist, or Coordinator
  • Understanding of the HomeCare/Healthcare sector in Ireland (preferred)
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • Innovative mindset and initiative implementation
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Respect for confidentiality

What You'll do

Recruitment:
  • Conduct second-round face-to-face interviews
  • Ensure timely onboarding of new hires
  • Support National Hiring Week events
Employee Relations:
  • Serve as point of contact for employee queries
  • Manage offboarding processes
  • Monitor sickness and absences
  • Enhance employee relations, benefits, morale, and retention
Employee Retention:
  • Manage Caregiver probation and gather feedback
  • Develop engagement calendar
  • Coordinate appraisal processes and engagement events
HR Administration:
  • Maintain employee files, ensure compliance, and assist with audits
  • Keep HR policies and employee handbook up to date
