About the Role

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Direct Sales Agent to join our team in Wexford. As a key member of our Direct New Business Team, you will be responsible for selling Zurich's personal lines products over the phone, following up on quotations, and identifying new business opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Selling Zurich's personal lines products over the phone.
  • FOLLOWING UP ON QUOTATIONS AND CONVERTING THEM INTO SALES.
  • Identifying new business opportunities through customer analysis and relationship-building.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance.
Requirements:
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND PHONE SKILLS.
  • GOOD IT SKILLS, PARTICULARLY IN MICROSOFT OFFICE PRODUCTS.
  • MINIMUM OF 2 HONORS IN HIGHER LEVEL SUBJECTS IN THE LEAVING CERTIFICATE (OR EQUIVALENT).
  • CIP OR ACII QUALIFICATION IS DESIRABLE.
  • PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN SALES AND TARGET-DRIVEN ENVIRONMENTS.
