The Operational Excellence Specialist will collaborate with managers and their teams to identify process improvements, streamline systems, and implement tech-driven solutions. They will empower teams to share learnings across the organisation and help embed a culture of operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive operational efficiency and leverage technology to improve processes and reduce administration burdens.
- Support governance and compliance by helping teams maintain high standards of governance and compliance.
- Collaborate with managers and their teams to develop strategies for mitigating identified risks and ensure that they adhere to relevant compliance, legal, regulatory, and governance standards.
- Monitor governance and regulatory changes and provide guidance on updating policies accordingly.
- Develop operational excellence review plans and reports for senior leadership team.
- Assist in designing and delivering training programs to educate managers and staff on compliance standards and expectations.
Requirements
- Lean and/or Six Sigma or equivalent qualifications.
- Knowledge of M365 and AI technologies.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Strong communication, influencing and writing skills.
- Problem-solving mind-set with a focus on delivering solutions and driving results.
