Job Overview

We are seeking a specialist to support our organisation in delivering operational excellence and driving continuous improvement. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting a culture of high standards, strong governance, and compliance across all levels of the organisation.


The Operational Excellence Specialist will collaborate with managers and their teams to identify process improvements, streamline systems, and implement tech-driven solutions. They will empower teams to share learnings across the organisation and help embed a culture of operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities
  • Drive operational efficiency and leverage technology to improve processes and reduce administration burdens.
  • Support governance and compliance by helping teams maintain high standards of governance and compliance.
  • Collaborate with managers and their teams to develop strategies for mitigating identified risks and ensure that they adhere to relevant compliance, legal, regulatory, and governance standards.
  • Monitor governance and regulatory changes and provide guidance on updating policies accordingly.
  • Develop operational excellence review plans and reports for senior leadership team.
  • Assist in designing and delivering training programs to educate managers and staff on compliance standards and expectations.

Requirements
  • Lean and/or Six Sigma or equivalent qualifications.
  • Knowledge of M365 and AI technologies.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Strong communication, influencing and writing skills.
  • Problem-solving mind-set with a focus on delivering solutions and driving results.
