Job Opportunity:

As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality person-centred services within our organisation. Your primary objective is to manage, plan and deliver occupational therapy services that meet the needs of our service users.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain professional standards, guided by evidence-based practice, best practices, and relevant research.

* Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies, including health and safety obligations.

* Provide leadership and governance in the development of the occupational therapy service, ensuring efficient and effective operation.

* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support the achievement of optimal outcomes for service users.

* Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for growth and implementing changes as needed.

* Maintain accurate records and reports, providing timely updates on service delivery and performance metrics.

* Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, promoting collaboration and mutual understanding.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

* Registration as an Occupational Therapist with the relevant governing body.

* Minimum two years of post-qualification clinical experience, with a proven track record of success in occupational therapy services.

* Evidence of ongoing professional development and continuing education.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
