Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, planning and delivering occupational therapy services within a dynamic healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement high-quality occupational therapy programs that meet the needs of clients.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop effective intervention plans.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.

Requirements:

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Registration as an Occupational Therapist with the relevant governing body.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Ability to travel across services.
