About Our Job

This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide technical support to our users. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for logging calls and incidents on our IT Service Desk and maintaining detailed records of software/hardware problems detected.

You will also provide initial triage technical support, answering support queries via phone or email in a timely and efficient manner. When necessary, you will escalate issues to internal or external support resources and Subject Matter Experts.
