Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Coach to support and guide our door-to-door sales team in achieving optimal results.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in telecoms, strong sales capabilities, and a hands-on approach to coaching and mentoring.

  • Support the team in meeting sales targets through training and on-the-job coaching.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one sessions and practical coaching in the field to enhance staff performance.
  • Help staff improve their product knowledge, customer approach, and sales confidence through targeted training initiatives.
  • Lead by example by selling broadband, TV, and SIM products alongside the team, demonstrating expertise and market knowledge.

  • Strong experience in telecommunications sales, particularly in a door-to-door setting, is essential for success in this position.
  • Proven ability to coach and support field-based sales teams is crucial for driving sales growth and improving team performance.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
