Procurement Solicitor Opportunities in Large Project Management

 

Our organization is seeking a talented and experienced Procurement Solicitor to support the management of large-scale projects.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in advising on the procurement of large projects, including technology and infrastructure initiatives.
  • Advise clients on the initiation or defense of procurement proceedings in court, collaborating closely with the dispute resolution team.
  • Develop and review procurement documents, providing guidance on procurement-related matters arising before, during, and after project completion.
  • Support litigation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

 

This role is ideal for solicitors with extensive experience in procurement teams at reputable firms, possessing a strong understanding of project management principles.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a procurement team at a reputable firm.
  • Proven track record of success in managing procurement processes and resolving complex issues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
