- Manage day-to-day reinsurance accounting from cedants, including reconciliations and settlements.">
- Assist in the month-end process, ensuring accurate reporting and deadlines are achieved.">
- Prepare data and reports for management and external stakeholders.">
- Maintain and strengthen reconciliations and financial control processes.">
- Liaise with actuarial and underwriting teams to support cross-functional reporting.">
- Respond to audit requests and contribute to regulatory submissions.">
- Support planning, forecasting, and budgetary processes.">
Your Skills and Qualifications:
">To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) with at least 2 years' PQE in insurance/reinsurance or audit of same.">
- Or minimum 6 years' hands-on experience in reinsurance technical accounting if not qualified.">
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.">
- Proven track record in managing reconciliations and technical accounts.">
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.">
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems.">
