Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Front Office team in delivering a warm welcome and memorable guest experience.
  • Anticipate guests' needs to provide outstanding service and maximise satisfaction.
  • Ensure smooth arrival and departure procedures to the highest standard.
  • Manage reservation calls efficiently and deliver premium guest care.
  • Assist in day-to-day operations and development of the Reception Team.
  • Oversee room allocation and coordinate with Accommodation for timely availability.
  • Implement Marriott brand initiatives and uphold SOPs and standards.
  • Promote hotel amenities and local activities while upselling opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate filing and administration within the Front Office department.
  • Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and utilise every interaction to enhance bookings.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience as an Assistant Front Office Manager or at 2 years at supervisor level in a busy hotel environment.
  • Strong familiarity with Front Office systems and experience with Opera Cloud highly desired.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • A proven background in leading or supporting a team, focusing on training and development.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport.
  • Impeccable organisational and administrative abilities.
