Hotel Service Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and courteous Hotel Service Associate to join our team at Hodson Bay Hotel.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be flexible to work across various shifts and days, including weekends and evenings.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Satisfaction
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, catering to their needs and exceeding their expectations at all times.
  • Assist guests with their luggage upon arrival and departure, ensuring their belongings are safely transported to and from their rooms.
  • Offer guidance and assistance to guests regarding hotel amenities, facilities, and local attractions.

A successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to take initiative and anticipate customer needs.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work mid-week and weekend shifts.
  • Basic level of written and spoken English.
