Leading a Team to Success

We are seeking an experienced and motivated leader to join our team. This is a permanent 39 hour per week role with on call payment.

About the Role:
  • The Person in Charge will lead a team of social care professionals providing services to children, adults, and older persons with disabilities.
  • The ideal candidate will develop and implement programs to support individuals with diverse needs.
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy environment for clients and staff is crucial.
  • Compliance with HIQA regulations must be ensured at all times.
  • Supervising and mentoring team members to achieve high standards of care is key to success.
Key Qualifications:
  • A Third level degree in Health & Social Care or relevant qualification is essential.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in management or supervisory role in health or social care is required.
  • A Management qualification or working towards same is highly desirable.
  • A full clean driving license for at least two years is necessary.
  • Mental Health training/experience is advantageous.
