Administrative Role in Financial Services

This position is an entry-level opportunity to support the mortgage and protection advisory teams. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth processing of applications.

Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end administration of mortgage and protection applications, liaising with clients, lenders, insurers, and solicitors to gather documentation and updates, accurately inputting client data into CRM and provider systems, tracking and managing application progress, chasing outstanding requirements for timely completions, assisting advisors with daily appointments, maintaining accurate records of pipeline/sales, supporting advisers in meeting SLAs and client expectations, and communicating professionally via email, phone, and written correspondence.

Candidates should possess APA qualifications, a minimum one-year experience in Financial Services administration, broker experience, strong communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a target-driven approach.
