Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of finance professionals in delivering accurate financial statements, tax filings, and compliance reports.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client-facing teams, overseeing reporting deliverables and regulatory obligations.
  • Review and supervise management accounts, financial statements, tax filings, and audit processes.
  • Oversee payroll, VAT, corporation tax, and liquidity requirements.
  • Promote effective governance practices, including board meetings and directorship responsibilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CPA, or CIMA) with a proven track record of 5+ years in finance leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial statements, management reporting, tax, payroll, and compliance.
  • Advantageous if you have experience working with corporate services providers.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage high-performing finance teams.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  • A proactive, positive attitude with a collaborative approach.
