Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the performance monitoring of our semi-liquid private equity fund.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Net Asset Value (NAV) and investor reporting processes for semi-liquid funds;
  • Monitor the liquidity profile of the semi-liquid fund, managing cash flows to support investment decisions and fund operations;
  • Support audit processes by liaising with auditors and third-party administrators;
  • Coordinate investment controlling activities and communication;
  • Implement best practices and controls for monitoring financials, including liquidity analysis and asset valuations;
  • Lead strategic projects enhancing reporting processes or optimizing performance tracking;
  • Provide technical guidance on complex accounting and financial analysis matters.
Requirements
  • Native English speaker; proficiency in German, Italian, or French is an asset;
  • 5+ years in private equity fund accounting or auditing with experience in semi-liquid fund performance monitoring;
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and data feeds for semi-liquid funds;
  • Proven experience managing complex financial operations and team leadership skills;
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
