We are seeking an experienced Financial Governance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of multiple regulated fund structures across Ireland and the UK.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in financial reporting, entity governance, and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with internal teams and external service providers to ensure high-quality fund reporting and entity governance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and oversee the financial reporting process across multi-strategy fund platforms.
  • Coordinate quarterly board packs for fund governance meetings.
  • Collaborate with Operations on NAV/GAV production and valuation processes.
  • Consolidate fund results for KKR Group financial statements.
  • Entity Governance
  • Oversee the legal entity framework for multiple fund vehicles across the platform.
  • Ensure timely completion of financial, regulatory, and audit deliverables.
