We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiography Service Manager to lead our Radiology Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the department, including supervising staff, coordinating services, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the department's budget and resources effectively
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve departmental performance
- Supervise and mentor staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles
- Coordinate services with other departments and stakeholders to achieve shared goals
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in radiography service management or a related field
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Relevant qualifications in radiography or a related field
